Welcome to the Homestead!

We are a 10 acre homestead nestled in a cove surrounded by mountains just outside of Asheville, North Carolina. We raise ADGA registered Nigerian dwarf goats, Icelandic chickens, meat animals of various species (namely chicken and goat!), and have an ever-growing garden of various vegetables, herbs, and pollinator-attracting flowers. We raise our animals and garden produce using only non-GMO products/feed, and we use organic whenever possible. Our animals enjoy rotational grazing and herbal supplements to keep them in peak condition and at their best performance. Our herd of goats are tested annually for CAE and Johnes,  and are always negative.
